Road assistance is provided to our customers free of charge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on the public roads of the Republic of Cyprus, and in the territory controlled by the British Armed Forces (British military bases).
Road assistance will be provided by the partner company (Road Service) in cases where the vehicle is immobilized due to mechanical or electrical breakdown, accident, fuel/oil/water leakage, punctured tires and getting locked out.
When called, the Road Service personnel will repair the damage using the available means and resources.
In the event of serious damage and/or damage that cannot be repaired on site, the Road Service will deliver the insured vehicle to the garage of your choice.
Road assistance does not apply to vehicles over 3.5 tones GVW.
In the event of an accident, you should immediately call for help at 22435510, and if necessary, also call the police and an ambulance at 112.
After that the Road Service will contact you to obtain the detailed information about the accident, and accident inspector of the insurance company will visit the scene of the accident and make sure that all the necessary actions are taken. We will provide you with the best possible assistance and protection you may need.
